Our Team Members. The Bear State Difference.

Name: Deb Fuller, Regional Retail Manager

Location: Waldron

Number of Years in Banking: Over 30, all with Bear State

Family Members: I have a 14-year old son, Caden.

What Do You Do to Make Waldron a Better Place to Live and Work: I enjoy helping with school activities such as working the concession stand and I’m active in my church, including singing in the choir.  I’ve been involved in the Lions Club, the Youth Park Board and the chamber.

I guess my hobby is cheering my son on in sports; he plays football, baseball and basketball. We do have a goal, he and I, of visiting all 52 state parks before he graduates high school. Probably already visited about half of them.

Bear State Core Value that Resonates the Loudest?

I think Curiosity.  I’m an advocate for the branch managers and retail staff with the other departments of the bank and their customers. We have a program called “Bear State Listens” where we ask customers to give us feedback so we’ll know how to improve on our processes and improve on our customer experience. We want our associates to be interactional and not transactional, so Curiosity is a key core value in that process.

Bear State’s core values. Every day they come alive through our personal connections with you.
